Thank you for your interest in UNC Kenan-Flagler and Wells Fargo annual Alpha Challenge. The event will be held on Friday, November 13th at UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Rizzo Conference Center.
The Alpha Challenge is considered the premier MBA event in the investment management industry. The Alpha Challenge will pit teams from MBA programs around the country against one another in a competition focused around popular hedge fund trading strategies.
Each year, UNC Kenan-Flagler invites 5 prospective students to attend the Alpha Challenge. The application process starts in early September. If selected, the school provides one night lodging in Chapel Hill (the evening of November 12th). We will also cover travel expenses up to $200.
We hope that you will join us for this unique on-campus opportunity and an inside look at UNC Kenan-Flagler and the exciting investment management industry.
This year's Application is now inactive. You must apply by October 16, 2009 to be considered.
Important information to remember:
- Apply early.
- Space is limited.
- Priority is given to candidates who plan to apply for next academic year entry.
- Candidates will be notified of their status via email by October 23, 2009.
Note: Participation in the Alpha Challenge does not guarantee admission to UNC Kenan-Flagler. If you are selected to participate in the Alpha challenge and have not already interviewed with Kenan-Flagler (for MBA admission), we will arrange for you to interview while you are on-campus.
